I'm happy to notice that this feature is now working again as of version
1699. The 'Send money' feature also seems to work, although I didn't
go all the way and actually dispatch the funds: at any rate Netsurf got
past the screen it got stuck on last time. :-)

Oh, thanks -- that's worth reporting, then.

Well so there is, thank you Harriet! I had never noticed that before
-- because I was too busy noticing the link "If this page appears for
more than 5 seconds click here to reload" all these years.

Seems to work with 3.1 Dev #1510 but as you have said in another
branch of this thread it doesn't with the latest version

thanks again.

When I log in to Paypal.co.uk I get presented with a warning screen
reading 'Logging you in securely...' and under that a list of links
starting with 'My Account' and going down through 'Overview', 'Add
Funds' and 'Withdraw' - 'Transfer to Bank Account' is a subcategory of
'Withdraw' (although in practice the links seem to go to the same page).

However, it no longer works with NetSurf, and nor does the 'Send Money'
link in the second column (haven't tried any of the others recently...)
so I'm not sure how much use this information is. :-(

If they're as useless as some other providers it will be because their
spam filters are simply rubbish. Bigger ISPs are far worse than small
ones at this.

I have only just found the start of this thread (sent to the spam
folder by BT for some reason so I've only just discovered it there so
sorry for the late reply.

Where do you find the options to transfer to/withdraw from bank
account? As far I know it's in a ribbon of options which doesn't
appear in Netsurf, though does in other browsers. Is there an
alternative way of getting at it?

thanks :)

It was #1624, apparently. (At least, that was the last one I'd
downloaded)

Tried again with #1635 - with JS off, I get

"Sorry, an error occurred after you clicked the last link

"If you were in the process of buying something, or sending money to
family or friends, we recommend you check both your PayPal account and
your email inbox for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes."

(But I didn't get any transaction-related e-mail last time, and probably
won't this time.)

With JS on, I get completely blank pages, from
https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_account onwards.

You don't say which version of NetSurf you're testing.

Anyway, try #1635, which has a SELECT element bug fix.

I can't seem to withdraw money to my bank account from Paypal using
Netsurf any more (it just gives a page saying there may have been an
error) -- is it a temporary glitch or have they introduced a JavaScripty
dependency since I last withdrew money in October?
