What time is it the 2600 Meeting? 5:00 or 6:00? This has been a point of confusion for me for some time now. _ Tom Hobrock / nightcarnage On Mon, Nov 2, 2009 at 3:50 PM, BenTheMeek benthem...@gmail.com wrote: The next meeting is at JJ's Market in Nashville this friday. Yep. Dec 19th is the plan for the next Install-Fest. I did remember the date correctly, December 19 --- right Chris?? :) And hey, I had fun and got Karmic Koala running on one desktop system anyway. Learned that Arch just ain't going on an AMD K2 550. Yeah.. gonna need SSE for arch.. As far as I know, anything below a T-Bird on amd's side lacks it. --~--~-~--~~~---~--~~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups NLUG group. It was a lot of fun. The NLUG table was rocking with people either installing Ubuntu or arch linux. I and another person figured out why our computer's video blanked after updating arch linux and were able to fix it. Woo Hoo to collaboration. Thank you for being there all day and night Howard. Next year I want some other members there to help relieve you and/or help. I spoke to some people that should be coming to this month's meeting. The sessions were a lot of fun and so was the gaming area. From X-box, PS3, Wii, board games, etc. Enough to keep one quite busy having fun. We should get together a group to work shifts at Howard's NLUG imaging station. Too much to mention.
