   Hi I have a litter question about the group rules, I notice for the single 
rule it has period and count attribute to filter when to trigger the alarm, so 
how about for group rules?  
   should all the rules in the same group must be in the same period and count?

   @wu-sheng I prefer the second one,  our product should be user friendly, the 
first one is not so concise. I can do this task,  By the way, in practical 
usage,It's better to have a frontend that can easily edit this composite rules
