My nam is Sogol Babai and I'm working on a NS project.As a part of my
project it is required to simulate a network containing real nodes and
virtual nodes. The simulation is carried out by Network Simulator (NS)
on Windows operating system using cygwin. The exact topology of our
desired network is depicted below:

In the course of simulations I have found myself in crucial problems
which I'd kindly appreciate if you could share your expertise with me.
1) Does the NS have the capability of connecting a virtual node and a
real node, real node being an actual PC?
2) Does the NS have the capability to connect two virtual node in two
different PCs?
If the answer of two above question is yes now, I would like to know:
1) What is the exact command and its syntax format in NS to connect a
virtual node to real node?
2) What is the exact command and syntax format in NS to connect two
virtual nodes in two different PCs?
3) How an IP address can be set for a real and virtual node in NS?
I would be more than happy if you could provide me with any script
with similar subject related to content I addressed.
