[NTG-context] RTL tips and tricks

I started this page on the Wiki:
http://wiki.contextgarden.net/RTL

The plan is to fill it gradually with guidelines of how to do things in
right-to-left and bidirectional documents and will include information on
what works and what does not.

Feel free to add your tips and tricks and point out things that do not work
(yet).

I think that Hans has already fixed the beta so that it works also with
0.88.

This is LuaTeX, Version beta-0.88.0 (TeX Live 2016/dev)  (INITEX)


Here there is no problem with
This is LuaTeX, Version beta-0.89.0 (TeX Live 2016/W32TeX/dev)

Does the version 2016.01.29 19:00 require beta-0.89.0?
