Why don't I see capitals in the following example?

\setupbodyfont  [cmr,12pt]

\starttext

\startbuffer[test]
The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.
\stopbuffer

\getbuffer[test]

\CAP{\getbuffer[test]}

\stoptext
