The version at http://dl.contextgarden.net/build/luametatex/x86_64-w64-mingw32/luametatex.exe, when put into place, did the job. Normally the installer should have the right one, not sure why that failed as I make those bins here. Anyway, there is some new low level stuff so hopefully nothing gets broken. And some more coming, even more fundamental (and so tricky that first wolfgang need to check that).
