I hope (I am sure) the meeting was a success. And I hope that you are still willing to answer a simple question: How can I get capitals in a head? The following didn't work: \setuphead[subsection][style=cap] %aborts compilation. (But "slanted" works) I also unsuccessfully tried "style=\cap" (or \kap etc.), "command= \cap" etc. (But style=\sc works. I don't want small caps, though).
