Ulrike, Hans has implemented it as font feature in latest beta (2018.05.12 00:07). The feature itself is documented in: http://www.pragma-ade.com/general/manuals/onandon.pdf#page=83 Just in case it helps, Pablo -- http://www.ousia.tk ___ If your question is of interest to others as well, please add an entry to the Wiki! maillist : ntg-context@ntg.nl / http://www.ntg.nl/mailman/listinfo/ntg-context webpage : http://www.pragma-ade.nl / http://context.aanhet.net archive : https://bitbucket.org/phg/context-mirror/commits/ wiki : http://contextgarden.net ___

As far as I know, thie isn’t implemented as a font feature (such as slant). As you say, stretch is something different. I wonder whether Hans would be interested in implementing an embold font feature. [NTG-context] embolden a font
Is there anywhere an option to get an embolden effect as with the following pdf literal? I found the extend option but it doesn't give the intended look \starttext \font\test={Arial:mode=node;script=latn;language=DFLT;+tlig;} \test abc \pdfextension literal direct {2 Tr 0.15 w}% abc \pdfextension literal direct {0 Tr 0 w}% \font\test={Arial:mode=node;script=latn;language=DFLT;+tlig;extend=1.1} \test abc \stoptext -- Ulrike Fischer http://www.troubleshooting-tex.de/ ___ If your question is of interest to others as well, please add an entry to the Wiki! maillist : ntg-context@ntg.nl / http://www.ntg.nl/mailman/listinfo/ntg-context webpage : http://www.pragma-ade.nl / http://context.aanhet.net archive : https://bitbucket.org/phg/context-mirror/commits/ wiki : http://contextgarden.net ___
