What might be causing Nuke to give this error on start up?

We are having this, too. I guess its from a plugin, but never bothered 
to investigate. So you have some installed?

On Linux I've seen that error with some OpenFX plugins like the NukeX 
Furnace nodes. No idea what caused it - it happened on a few 
render-nodes and went away when they were re-imaged
