Just some limited flats around Call-a-head cove on the south end of the East
Pond. Good numbers of peeps, mostly fresh-out-of-the-oven juvs, including
several Westerns and white-rumped, and one Pectoral. Spotted a pair of
Short-billed dowitchers, but no Stilt sandpipers as far as I could tell.

Looked like it’d take some wading to get up to the Raunt, but I didn’t try so
as not to disturb the content feeding flocks congregated on the south end.

Kudos to the Jam Bay volunteers for getting us to where we are. Much
appreciated.
