Gyrfalcon new location. Having not has enough earlier today, Clara and I returned to see the Gyr again. It is currently on Bruyn Tpk., 1/2 mile east of the intersection of Hoagerburgh Rd. The bird is perched across the field directly across from 350 Bruyn Tpk. As a second reference point, there is a yellow excavator on the property to the left of the bird. When we first came upon it, it was feeding over a kill about 100yrds out in the field. NOTE: there is no shoulder on the side of the road!!! If you cross the white line, you will be towed out just as we were, in our 4x4 vehicle.
