Btw, imo, if {{--index-paths}} is provided then that's the only list that must 
be used - it kind of makes reindexing process simpler by first preparing all 
defs in a file and then reindex only a subset of those. (I understand that's a 
behavior change... just that what felt more intuitive to me).
