The compaction deadline, represented by {{CancelCompactionSupplier}}, should be
reset before each usage with a proper timeout. This doesn't happen at the
beginning of the compaction phase in {{AbstractCompactionStrategy#compact}},
which results in the timeout condition to be ignored.
