Beberapa bulan yang lalu saya mendapat tawaran investasi di Dressel Investment melalui seorang teman kuliah. Dana minimal investasi USD 5,000 (berupa reksadana) dan kelipatannya keatas. Dana disetor ke BCA, untuk kemudian bersama-sama dengan dana nasabah yang lain ditransfer ke account bank kustodian (untuk menghindari biaya transfer yang tinggi). Return investasi besarnya memiliki range tertentu, maaf saya lupa tapi saya coba beri ilustrasi. Misal besar return 16%-20%. Dressel menjamin return minimal 16%, maksimal 20%. Jika pengelolaan dana mendapat return 24%, untuk nasabah tetap mendapat 20%, 4%nya untuk Dressel. Ini diluar manajemen fee yang dikenakan setiap tahun. Dana nasabah harus mengendap dalam jangka waktu tertentu, kalau tidak salah 4 tahun, Jika ditarik sebelum waktunya, nasabah tidak mendapat return. Reksadana Dressel ada 2 jenis, ada yang berinvestasi di sektor riil (perkebunan, membiayai NASA dsb) dan di pasar uang. Dressel adalah perusahaan investasi yang didirikan di British Virgin Island (kawasan Tax Heaven) dengan bank kustodian adalah Regal Bank di Amerika. Saya beruntung sekali karena saat itu berlangsung Pameran Pasar Modal Indonesia, dan saya menanyakan keberadaan perusahaan tersebut ke Bapepam. Perlu Pak Marco (dan rekan-rekan milis SSR-klub) ketahui, petugas pemasaran reksadana harus memiliki ijin dari Bapepam untuk memasarkan reksadana. Reksadana yang dipasarkan di Indonesia harus terdaftar di Bapepam. Manajer Investasi yang menerbitkan reksadana harus terdaftar di Bapepam. Dressel investment tidak memiliki ke-3 ijin tersebut (ijin untuk tenaga pemasaran, ijin beroperasi dan ijin pendaftaran reksadana). Dilihat dari sisi legalitas, bisa dikatakan berinvestasi di dressel investment memiliki resiko yang sangat tinggi. Dilihat dari sisi bisnis, resikonya juga cukup tinggi karena dressel didirikan di British Virgin Island, sebuah kawasan Tax Heaven, dan Bank Kustodiannya ada di Amerika. Emas nggak gitu ngaruh ke ANTM.pengaruhnya bakal makin memudar setelah Pongkor tutupyg ngaruh utk ANTM adalah Nickel..lihat di www.kitcometals.com , Nickel naik sampai 7,2 USD/lb.
