Ini menjadikan total kontrak (order book) perseroan mencapai 86% dari target 2009 sebesar Rp17,19 triliun. Per 31 Agustus 2009 kontrak baru kami sudah mencapai Rp7,1 triliun, kata Direktur Keuangan WIKA Ganda Kusuma di Jakarta Selasa malam. Ganda menuturkan, kontrak baru tersebut diperoleh dari holding (induk usaha) sebesar Rp3,680 triliun, WIKA Beton Rp685,376 miliar, WIKA Realty Rp208,719 miliar, WIKA Intrade Rp2,177 triliun, WIKA Insan Pertiwi Rp43,086 miliar,dan WIKA Gedung Rp258,861 miliar. Diraihnya kontrak baru tersebut menjadikan order book perseroan per Agustus 2009 mencapai Rp14,85 triliun atau 86% dari target 2009 yang dipatok Rp17,19 triliun. Jika ditambah proyek terakhir yang dimenangi berupa kontrak pembangkit listrik tenaga diesel (PLTD) Pesanggaran, Bali senilai Rp500 miliar,sisa target order book tinggal Rp1,75 triliun. Sayangnya, dia tidak menjelaskan lebih lanjut tender yang tengah diikuti. Dia hanya mengungkapkan, tender tersebut berasal dari PT Pertamina, Departemen Perhubungan, Departemen Pekerjaan Umum,dan swasta. Menurut Ganda,perseroan menargetkan meraih sekitar 20% dari total nilai tender yang diikuti. Dengan asumsi tersebut,lanjut dia, order book diperkirakan melampaui target tahun ini sebesar Rp17,19 triliun.Sekarang kan belum ditentukan siapa pemenangnya. Namun, dari pengalaman tahun-tahun lalu, paling tidak kita bisa dapat sekitar 10-20% dari nilai tender yang diikuti,ujarnya. Belum lama ini WIKA memperoleh kontrak pembangunan proyek PLTD marine fuel oil (MFO) senilai Rp500 miliar berkapasitas 40-50 megawatt milik PT Indonesia Power.Proyek ini akan menjamin pendapatan perseroan selama delapan tahun mendatang, kata Ganda. Proyek pembangkit tersebut merupakan proyek investasi pertama WIKA di bidang energi yang didanai perusahaan dan mitranya, PT Mirlindo Padu Kencana. Komposisi penyertaan modal WIKA dalam proyek ini mencapai 70% dan sisanya Mirlindo. Pembangunan PLTD tersebut diperkirakan selesai dalam waktu 12 bulan sejak dimulainya pengerjaan pada Oktober 2009. Pada proyek ini,WIKA sebagai pemimpin konsorsium bertanggung jawab dalam pekerjaan konstruksi. Sedangkan Indonesia Power selaku pemilik akan menyediakan lokasi untuk disewa selama kontrak, serta menyediakan bahan bakar MFO. Selama beroperasi, WIKA memperoleh keuntungan dari pengoperasian pembangkit listrik tersebut dan selesai masa kontrak akan diserahkan kepada Indonesia Power,jelas Ganda. Hal tersebut disampaikan Direktur Utama WIKA Bintang Prabowo, saat ditemui wartawan, di sela-sela buka puasa, di The Bellagio Boutique Mall, Kuningan, Jakarta, Selasa (8/9/2009). WIKA bertindak sebagai konsorsium leader dan bertanggung jawab dalam engineering (Civil) dan Procurement Main Equipment, Construction dan Erection dari pekerjaan pembangunan PLTD.
