Pasokan Gas di Jatim Normal Maryadi - detikcom Jakarta - PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) Persero dan PT Pertamina telah mengatasi gangguan pasokan gas di Jawa Timur. Pasokan gas sempat terhambat akibat insiden ledakan pipa East Java Gas Pipeline (EJGP) milik Pertamina di Km 38 jalan Tol Porong-Gempol. Kembali normalnya pasokan gas itu setelah dipasangnya Line Valve 28 inch di lokasi Offtake Station PGN di Porong, Jawa Timur. Ditjen Migas, Timnas Penanganan Lumpur Lapindo dan Pertamina telah mengeluarkan izin pada hari ini pukul 18.25 WIB. Dengan demikian pasokan gas ke Jawa Timur akan kembali normal. Dengan telah terpasangnya Line Valve tersebut, maka pasokan gas yang berasal dari sumber gas lapangan Maleo, Santos, sebesar 80 MMSCFD dapat dialirkan kembali secara normal kepada pelanggan industri PGN hari ini pada pukul 21.00 WIB nanti melalui jaringan interkoneksi distribusi PGN yang sudah beroperasi sebelumnya ke arah Pasuruan, Mojokerto dan Waru, kata Sekretaris Perusahaan PGN Widyatmiko Bapang dalam siaran persnya yang diterima detikcom, Minggu (26/11/2006). Widyatmiko menambahkan, dengan mengalirnya pasokan gas dari Santos sebesar 80 MMSCFD langsung tanpa menunggu selesainya relokasi pipa Pertamina, maka pemulihan pasokan gas ke Jawa Timur dapat dilakukan lebih cepat dari perkiraan semula. Dengan demikian potensi berkurangnya pendapatan sebesar US$ 6 juta tidak terjadi. Hal ini berkat upaya keras dan koordinasi yang sangat baik antara PGN, Pertamina dan Departemen ESDM serta instansi terkait lainnya dalam menanggapi situasi darurat tersebut. Langkah selanjutnya PGN dan Pertamina akan melakukan koordinasi dalam hal percepatan relokasi pipa Pertamina ke lokasi yang lebih aman sehingga diharapkan penyaluran gas dari Santos dapat ditingkatkan secara maksimal. Gas ke PLN Muara Tawar Widyatmiko juga menanggapi berita mengenai rencana penyaluran gas bumi dari PGN ke PLN Muara Tawar sebesar 50 MMSCFD selama 5 tahun. Pada dasarnya PGN bersedia menyalurkan gas ke PLN, asalkan harga jual tersebut dinegosiasikan antara PGN dengan PLN berdasarkan konteks business to business (B to B). Hal tersebut disebabkan karena margin yang diperoleh PGN dari harga penjualan gas ke PLN harus cukup untuk menutup risiko bisnis yang mungkin timbul. Terutama yang berkaitan dengan pengoperasian pipa SSWJ yang dibangun dengan dana yang sebagian besar berasal dari pinjaman komersial. Selain itu, sebagai perusahaan publik, PGN mempunyai kewajiban untuk tetap menjaga kinerja perusahaan yang sehat guna menjamin kepastian usaha bagi investor dan tetap konsisten menjalankan bisnis sesuai dengan mekanisme pasar. Widyatmiko menambahkan dengan menyediakan gas sebesar 50 MMSCFD, PGN turut serta dalam memenuhi kepentingan stakeholder secara keseluruhan.
