All pages in a CHM File are now ordered accordingly to TOC Data. If a page is 
not in TOC, it will be added at the end.

Is there any use case that justifies storing form data in
~/.kde/share/apps/okular/docdata/ given that the same data can be stored in the
pdf itself? 
It seems to me that there isn't.
