SUMMARY
Okular fails opening PDF supplied by my insurer - Opening in Okular from File
menu or run from tty with filename as arg produces an error.
File opens OK in Adobe Acrobat in Windoze 10

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Okular
2. Open file via File menu
3. Error

OBSERVED RESULT
Error
Could not open file:///home/alan/Downloads/proofofncd.PDF

In TTY
> okular Downloads/proofofncd.PDF

EXPECTED RESULT
Should show document

available in github fixed this issue.

PDF parsing and rendering issues can directly go to poppler:
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/poppler/poppler/issues
But don't worry, reporting to Okular in first place is absolutely fine. Both
projects have a close relation and people behind are partially the same.

I'm using i3wm and almost no other KDE application other than Okular on a 4K
monitor. Every other UI is OK other than okular. I tried QT_SCALE_FACTOR=2
okular for example and everything becomes bigger and with some graphical
artifactsI think it would be beneficial to that Font UI for "Typrewrite" be
available for any annotation type.
