Hi Justin,

I tried reproducing it on latest Okular from Arch Linux repository - 
Okular - 20.12.0
KDE Framework - 5.76.0
Desktop Session - Tested both X11 and Wayland

I haven't been able to reproduce it so far.
I even attempted to leave my laptop in sleep for a while, and then
editing/saving but everything seems to be working as expected.

Sadly no, last system-wide package update I did was 2 days ago, so this should
be 1.4.1. However if it helps at all I had woken my laptop up from suspend
while doing this.
