I have done some more investigation and there may be more than one issue.

The inability to import/create a VSP appears to be related to something in the 
BE :

ResourceBusinessLogic||ActivityType=, Desc=<* Going to create 
all relations Definitions/MainServiceTemplate.yaml>

Desc=<* Finished to create all relations 
Definitions/MainServiceTemplate.yaml>

Desc=mailto:requestErrorWrapper=org.openecomp.sdc.exception.ResponseFormat$RequestErrorWrapper@74c004ac>]>


I don't know if the healthcheck is really an issue or not.

We are also facing this issue and haven't got any response yet, is this an open 
issue and waiting for fix?
Did anyone in the forum manage to run vFW demo on 1.1.0 over Vanilla Openstack?

I have installed ONAP 1.1 on a Vanilla OpenStack and run the health check from 
Robot and all seemed to pass. I started the vFW demo instructions and found 
that after creating the license and trying to Create the VSP, I got an error:

Error code: POL5000
Status code: 500
Internal Server Error. Please try again later.



I found information in other postings for the healthcheck and running the 
asdc_vm_init.sh I get the following with the FE component down for the 
Onboarding.
