A Bitergia view of the contributions made to the VNFRQTS project is available
at https://onap.biterg.io.

This includes a rank ordered table showing the number of commits.

An ONAP committer<https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Committer+Best+Practices> is
expected to have :

  * Deep expertise in the code base over which they are committers
  * Time dedicated to reviewing code contributions made by other contributors
  * Knowledge and understanding of the overall development activities
occurring within the project - this is important so that the review of new code
is taken in the context of the overall development for the project.
  * Knowledge and understanding of other, interdependent projects within ONAP
and how contributions to this project affect work being done elsewhere by
others.

Please advise if we need to
trigger<https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=11929094> any
committer elections to facilitate broader/ deeper engagement during the Beijing
release activities for the VNFRQTS project.
