Looks like some docker images are disappearing from nexus3 again. I’ve logged
helpdesk ticket 60122 for this.

Hi Gary,
I updated the manifest files a little bit and submitted them
(https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/61747/). But the Jenkins verification job keeps
failing. The reason is that one component is missing from the nexus repo.
[ERROR] onap/activity-spec:1.3.0 not found
Since it's not our project, I've no idea on how to deal with that.
Could you please help to take a look at it?
