This is to inform you that we have held the first ONAP Hackathon<https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/ONAP+Hackathon%2C+16+October+Israel> in Israel on Monday, 16th of October hosted by Amdocs, AT&T and Cloudify. We had 70 participants from 12 companies out of which 7 were VNF vendors (Amdocs, AT&T, Cloudify, ECI, RADCOM, Allot, Huwawei, Vasona Networks, Teoco, Microsoft, AudioCodes, Atrinet). We have delivered set of presentations and demonstrations followed by Hackathon session in which vendors who came with their own VNFs got ONAP environments and professional support for validating and onboarding their VNFs, and others got the vFW demo scenario to play with and onboard. RADCOM, Allot and Audiocodes managed pretty quickly to validate, onboard and create service of their own VNFs - kudos!!!
