Currently we have an immediate opening for “*Scrum Master Consultant”* with one of our client in *Virginia.* Please let me know if you have any consultant for this position. *Role: Scrum Master Consultant* *Location: McLean, Virginia* *Duration: 12+ Contact (**Face to Face Must**)* *Start Date: Immediately* *Job Description* *Responsibilities* · Facilitate effective and efficient meetings including Agile/Scrum ceremonies · Remove impediments for teams · Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery · Maintain transparency into the team’s work through metrics · Be a servant leader to each team member and support the removal of blockers · Engage multiple roles and stakeholders in critical discussions and consensus building · Coach and support continuous improvement within the team · Help identify and mitigate any external dependency risks in feature/product development · Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and their teams on deliverables · Experience in project/program management · Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery · Responsible for acting as the primary interface between a specific business/functional area and their IT partners. · Identify and resolve operational issues with business areas. · Ability to work independently and effectively with staff at all levels and from multiple divisions. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. · Strong organization and presentation skills. *Qualifications* · 10+ years relevant experience in a software development or delivery organization (Must) · A minimum of *2+ year experience as a full-time Scrum Master* · A thorough understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, values, and practices · Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a must · PMP is a plus · Project Management Experience in managing software development projects · Experience working in an environment utilizing current and leading edge technologies (e.g. SaaS, Enterprise Web Applications, etc.) preferred · At least 10+ years of experience in all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. · At least 10+ years of experience in taking projects from original concept through final implementation interfacing with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services. · BS in Engineering or related discipline strongly desire *Thanks & Regards* *Ajay Gupta* Sr. Technical Recruiter *Gtalk: ajay.techw...@gmail.com <ajay.techw...@gmail.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "only.SAP" group.
