Yes, the "scroll rate" on the list is too fast.  Patches would be lost
if they were only on the list.  BZ is best.

And if we need to, we can run a report for all open issues that have
patches attached, so we don't lose them in BZ either!

I know we put little code snippets here on the list but I mean like large
changes in sections to the web pages, right?

yeah, right after I sent this, I realized this too. FIle it in BZ, and give
us a "heads-up"

It may be just me. I'm willing to look for them here. I have little time, and 
one more place to check - the BZ, is too much.

Here is a compromise. Put the patch in BZ and then do a [Request for 
Review][WWW] subject email on ooo-dev linking back to the issue.
