Libraries magazine.  The article clearly explains the benefits of open
source, focusing on CW MARS' Evergreen implementation.  It is written by
one of their directors.

was nervously biting my fingernails last Friday hoping we could get enough
candidates to fill all five of the open positions, folks came through and
we now have TEN excellent candidates!
