You should find it if you start in the OpenSRF directory extracted from the tarball:
[whatever]/[OpenSRF tarball directory]/examples/apache_24/websockets/apache2.conf You need to replace the parts in [] with whatever is appropriate on your computer. Could be we should add an explicit instruction to go back to the OpenSRF directory as part of that step?
