So you never programmed BASIC like "goto 100 + (A >50) * 10 + (C < 7) * 10"? ;-) The second variant is maybe a bit more modern as is converts Boolean to Boolean (that doesn't exist in classic C, BTW), while the first variant compares an integer with a "boolean" (that doesn't exist), to make another "boolean".
