Re: Example files from tutorial in documentation - can't get 'em
I'll walk through these. If they will open source them, that's great... otherwise... I can write up something simple that hits on all the same basic pieces of functionality, and those can be what are used for the tutorial. Doesn't matter too much to me. I don't mean to harp on the whole thing too much, I just think it's a good idea to have a basic tutorial that's available for downloading for new users. --Bryan Patrick Linskey wrote: I'm around, too, but am traveling and working too much. Regarding tutorial: what do you think of the Kodo tutorial? I believe that we could convince BEA to contribute that code to OpenJPA if we'd like to use it as a starting point. You can get it in the Kodo 4.0 download: http://commerce.bea.com/showproduct.jsp?family=KODOmajor=4.0minor=0 -Patrick

Bryan- We just haven't yet gotten around to reviewing and converting the tutorial from the Kodo code base yet, or figuring out which module it should go into (or its own module). Re: Example files from tutorial in documentation - can't get 'em
So... is there any way to get ahold of those tutorial files so I can mess around with them a touch. If there's anything at all I can do to help, please let me know. I'd like to be able to play with them if possible. Is anyone besides Marc reading this thread? Anyone out there? Bryan Noll wrote: OK If there's something I can do to help, please let me know...
