Minimum 8-10 years of IT experience 2. Minimum 4 Years of Point Of Sale (POS) Development/Testing/Automation experience with strong knowledge of Java/Selenium 3. Should have knowledge on Test Plan, Test Strategy, Estimation, ROI and CTR 4. Thorough experience of Retail and POS 5. Minimum 2 years of experience of writing Automation Test Scripts using eggPlant 6. Should have strong logical and analytical thinking 7. Ability to communicate well with business as well as technical audience 8. Experience of working in Agile development 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Roles and responsibility:* 1. Create Automation Test Scripts using eggPlant tool 2. Convery existing Test Cases using the tool 3. Participate in Knowledge Transition sessions with the current team 4. Work closely with the Client Lead and manage expectations, status reporting 5. Work in onsite-offshore model, task assignment for offshore team, resolving offshore queries *Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:* 1. Experience in other Automation tools like QTP, Selenium 2. Worked in onsite offshore model 3.
