<p>Relevant Experience<br> Mandatory: <br> - 5+ years of Kronos experience 
including Workforce Central (WFC) time management software implementation 
and/or application support experience. <br> - Experience with large workforce 
use of Kronos (i.e. over 10,000 employees)<br> - Experience supporting Kronos 
for union/bargaining unit workforce<br> Preferred: <br> - WFC Configuration and 
alignment with Organization Pay Rules<br> - WFC Mobile Application Support<br> 
- Time Clock Management/Management of Time Cards<br> o Intouch <br> o Series 
4000 <br> o Other time capture devices<br> - Integration to PeopleSoft 
Application<br> o BizTalk<br> o Workforce Integration Manager<br> - WFC 
Architecture and Technology support including SQL Server database support<br> - 
Public Sector experience<br> - Application management/outsourcing 
experience<br> - Kronos application patch, bundle, or image experience (WFC 7.0 
or higher)<br> - Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br> - 
Ability to interface and resolve issues across all levels of an 
organization<br> - Writing WFC reports</p> <p>Preferred Education<br> - 4 year 
college degree <br> - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification<br> - 
Kronos WFC training courses (please list)</p> <p>Role Description<br> - Work in 
collaboration with the OAKS Managed Services Providers (MSP), key internal IT 
and Security organizations, and other critical stakeholders to maintain the 
Kronos Workforce Central application<br> - Responsible for identifying and 
troubleshooting production issues and problems in the Kronos Workforce Central 
application<br> - Consult on application aspects of break/fix approaches and 
planned enhancements<br> - Bring research and recommendations to the OAKS team 
to continually improve the current Kronos Workforce Central application<br> - 
Work to understand customer issues and communicate these issues to various 
stakeholders<br> - Maintain the Kronos Workforce Central Operation 
Processes<br> - Proactively identify and implement service improvements in 
operational delivery processes<br> - Analyze and Diagnose incidents and events 
related to the Kronos Workforce Central application in the Production 
Environment<br> - Conduct cause analysis for incidents and events affecting 
Kronos Workforce Central documentation<br> - Document results of analysis in 
Event / Incident Management database<br> - Help drive Kronos Workforce Central 
performance improvements<br> - Assist in validating Kronos Workforce Central 
contract performance<br> - Customize Kronos software to meet the State’s 
needs<br> - Program SQL based queries and views to develop interfaces and 
customized reports<br> - Provide program specific training and follow-up 
support for new agencies <br> - Develop documentation for the configuration of 
the software based on discovery and union contracts<br> - Lead discovery 
workshops with agencies to determine goals objectives, and procedures to ensure
