Takes direction from Technical Lead, Project Lead or Project Manager. Responsible for providing Application Developers with detailed program specifications. Provides framework of application subsystems, defines technical approach, components, and processing cycle. Will be required to participate in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) requirements.
