So the person should have been in US for at least ten years, probably have gone to a United States college/university to gain appropriate level of oral communication skills. ¡P Multiple years and projects with Websphere Portal – They should have at least 3 years (5 would be best) of Websphere Portal experience showing progress from versions 5.x to 6.0 and 6.1 would be ideal. 6.1 is not required. They should have worked on large Websphere portal projects at different companies. ¡P Hands-on architects or Leads – They need to be able to quickly jump into a scrum team and actually be able to write code. So they need to have developed code with Portal during the last six months, but have demonstrated their ability to lead teams, understand and architect large portal sites, mentored, guided or trained the development teams. Someone who comes from a Systems Integration firm would be ideal for this role. Look for candidates from companies like IBM, Perficient, Prolifics, Ascendant, MSI, Sirius or any of the large India or US consulting firms. ¡P Once I review and approve the resume, I will be calling them to evaluate their communication skills so they should expect a call from me. ====================================================================================================================================================== 3. Position 3: *Tooling and Automation Architect* *Location: Pleasanton, CA* *Duration: 6 months* *Rate: All Inclusive * * Opening: 3* *Must have Websphere Portal , ANT and Maven experience.* * Required:* *Tooling and Automation* is the Infrastructure stack and components to make the development teams as productive and error-free as possible for areas such as search, SSO , Federated SSO, enterprise portlets, plus tooling, etc The ideal candidate will be a Jack-of-all-trades with full lifecycle experience.
