Please check the below requirement and please let me know if you have any consultant available. *Title: Functional Ariba Business Analyst* *Location: Allentown PA* *Duration: 12 months +* *JOB DESCRIPTION:* · Position consists of the implementation of Ariba and modules that go along with it. · Demonstrated understanding of supplier performance management and procurement. · Individual will also support various internal process improvement initiatives/programs as it relates to Supplier Performance Management, Procurement or cross Enterprise initiatives. · Responsible to help define business objectives and to define current state and future state business processes to meet those objectives. · This is a client facing role which will interact will all levels of client leadership, the qualified candidate must be able to communicate effectively in a professional manner with peers, other team members, and clients. · Create scorecards in the scorecard solution to support the process. · Provide end user support to address scorecard questions/issues. · Develop reporting to track the progress of the initiative as well as develop dashboards and reporting to track Enterprise supplier performance. · Collect and aggregate available data for quantitative scorecard KPIs and other information to support supplier feedback sessions (e.g. historic spend, open commitments, bidding activity, etc.). · Must be able to trouble-shoot and perform root cause analysis with a supplier. · Supporting day to day business need in support of the Supplier Performance Program and Procurement process such as ad hoc analytic requests, project participation, process improvement implementations. *REQUIREMENTS:* · Must be able to speak to the technology around the tool and have an understanding of supply chain. · Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp/utilize technology solutions and concepts. · Previous electric industry experience a plus. · Previous experience resolving vendor problems or issues Ariba. · Previous supplier enablement experience using ARIBA. · High level of proficiency using (P2P, SIM, APC), Ariba, Excel, and Word. · Able to work well independently and effectively with others in a team setting. · Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, collaboration and interpersonal skills. · Develop reporting to track the progress of the initiative as well as develop dashboards and reporting to track Enterprise supplier performance. · Excellent experience with MS Office products. · Industry experience is a plus. · Experience with supplier scorecards using Ariba Supplier Information and Performance Management a plus. · Strong analytical and problem solving skills. · Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams to deliver results. · Demonstrate an outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. · Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility - to users, colleagues, and to the quality and timeliness of one's own work; a willingness and desire to "do what it takes" to support the business. · Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. · A continual desire and capability to learn. · Utility experience is a plus. · Demonstrated understanding of supplier performance management and procurement. · Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp/utilize technology solutions and concepts. · Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, collaboration and interpersonal skills. · Experience with ERPs and MRPs helpful but not required. · Excellent experience with MS Office products. · Industry experience is a plus. · Strong analytical and problem solving skills. · Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams to deliver results. · Demonstrate an outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. · Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility - to users, colleagues, and to the quality and timeliness of one's own work; a willingness and desire to "do what it takes" to support the business. · Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or other technical field. · A minimum of 1 to 2 years in analytical position performing business analysis, process improvement activities. · A minimum of 1 to 2 years utilizing Ariba Supplier Information Management & Performance.
