Bachelor Degree. 2. 10 years technical experience including 5 to 7 years of experience in at least two IT disciplines in a client/server or service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations. 3. Strong proficiency in Java concepts or other object-oriented languages, and object modeling. 4. Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments. 5. Demonstrated experience with any of the following: web, portal, and/or mobile architectures; SOA based solutions; data movement; and enterprise application integration. 6. Demonstrated experience developing solution architectures for large enterprise solutions. 7. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. 8. Ability to anticipate internal and or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements. 9.
