May require to manage small set of technical resources. *Required Experience: * • Experience working with Java, previous management role • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a directly related field. • Java Software Engineering experience for 8+ Years • Strong Object Oriented Programming (Java) Experience • Experience with JEE Stacks (eg. Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss, etc) • Experience with Database Modeling, Deployment and Tuning • Ability to design XML Schemas and Websevice WSDL • Experience with SOA and Integrations • Experience developing enterprise level systems with significant level of complexity. *Preferred Experience:* • Experience with Banking/Financial Services • Disciplined programming using TDD (Test First Development) • Experience with maintaining 24x7 Deployments • Experience with IBM Websphere • Performance Tuning of n-tier Web Applications • Good experience with Web frameworks eg.
