*Please find the job description below:* *Job Title: Pega Lead CSSA* Locations: Durham, NC; Glendale, AZ; Positions: 2 Rate: $DOE/hr on C2C all Inc *Job summary*: Pega lead for a large program. *The ideal candidate will have a certified Pega CSSA certification*, project experience in Pega and should be able to independently design and build components of enterprise applications and provide consultative guidance to some of the world’s leading organizations on all project assignments. *Responsibilities:* Provide technical leadership to SA team - Understanding complex business requirements and leading Pega developers to design and build business applications using Pega platform Lead a team of Pega developers and manage modules while executing Pega based delivery methodology to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project (requirements gathering design and build phases, user acceptance testing, etc.) Support Inception and Elaboration to ensure optimal solution architecture and technical design Leverage industry experience to consult and influence the client's direction in the pursuit of Pega best practices Provide guidance to Pega developers on development of complex user stories including: PRPC configuration, external systems interfaces and database integration Mentor and train team members and client business stakeholders as needed in key Pega technology Manage team and ensure collaboration with QA and offshore teams towards timely completion of all phases of the project Collaborate with project leadership and client management on program direction, status, and staffing and budget considerations *Required Qualifications:* *8+ years of IT experience with 6-7 years minimum in Pega * Pega Certified System Architect (CSA), Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) Experience in leading Pega architecture/ design teams Good understanding of best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding Excellent Client facing skills, excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to manage deliverables in an onsite/offshore model --- Thanks and Regards, Atif, Ph: 248-473-0720*165 Email: a...@hclglobal.com <y...@hclglobal.com> *YIM: yuvi.recruiter* *Gtalk: dyugandhar.60* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source Erp & Crm" group.
