*$55/hr on C2C*



Needs experience with Oracle Policy Automation


 *Onsite interviews are required for this position.*

*Responsibilities:*

   - Review technical design documents to the ensure solutions correctly
   leverage the technology stack
   - Conduct design reviews to ensure the design addresses the
   corresponding functional design
   - Ensure design adheres to defined SOA principles and architecture
   standards
   - Conduct code reviews to ensure the code meets the defined coding
   standards

*Required Skills:*

   - Minimum 3 years of experience developing J2EE web-based solutions
   - Strong hands on experience with J2EE and Spring framework
   - Strong understanding of Object Oriented principles
   - Experience designing solution based on SOA principles & architecture
   - Experience building services using SOAP, REST & POX (plain old XML)
   - Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware including Oracle
   SOA, Oracle OSB, Oracle Portal, Oracle Policy Automation is preferred
   - Experience using SDLC tools; RRC(Rational Requirements Composure), RTC
   (Rational Team Concert) & RQM (Rational Quality Manager) is preferred
   - Excellent interpersonal skills
   - Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
   - Strong understanding of software development life cycle

   - Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business

*GENERAL FUNCTION: *As part of the applications development discipline,
develops cost-effective information technology solutions by creating new
and modifying existing software applications.

Coordinates with users to determine requirements. Codes, tests, debug
documents and implements complex software applications. May coordinate
activities of the project team and assist in monitoring project schedules
and costs. Functions as technical lead and acts as liaison between business
units. Provides training, direction and support to team members. Recognized
across the organization for applications development expertise and sought
as a resource for resolution or strategic contribution of complex
application development problems.



*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*

* Analyzes, codes, tests and documents complex enhancements made to new
and/or existing programs.

* * Designs, codes, tests and implements application programs according to
client specifications.

* Acts as technical expert addressing problems of systems integration,
compatibility and multiple platform integration. Performs feasibility
analysis on potential future projects.

* Acts as a liaison to define business requirements and/or problems and
initiates maintenance of existing programs or designs of a new application.

* Develops project plans, work assignments, target dates and other aspects
of assigned projects and communicates this information to senior management
and the business unit.

* Responsible for all documentation, development, testing and user
acceptance testing.

* Serves as technical resource for less experience team members.

* Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of technology supporting application(s)
for a line of business.
