*Role Description  *

•Work in collaboration with the OAKS Managed Services
Providers (MSP), key internal IT and Security organizations, and other
critical stakeholders to maintain the OAKS HCM application

•Responsible for identifying and troubleshooting
production issues and problems in the OAKS HCM application

•Consult on application aspects of break/fix approaches
and planned enhancements

•Bring research and recommendations to the OAKS team to
continually improve the current HCM application

•Work to understand customer issues and communicate
these issues to various stakeholders

•Maintain the Operations Processes

•Proactively identify and implement service
improvements in operational delivery processes

•Analyze and Diagnose incidents and events related to
the HCM application in the Production Environment

•Conduct cause analysis for incidents and events
affecting HCM  Application Modules documentation

•Document results of analysis in Event / Incident
Management database

•Help drive MSP performance improvements

•Assist in validating MSP contract performance

This FUNCTIONAL Lead role will focus around
* implementing PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.  The primary module of focus for this
implementation will be Base Benefits. Employee Self-Service and Manager
Self-Service will also be implemented.  *This will be a full lifecycle
position for the functional implementation - candidates MUST display full
lifecycle *SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION-specific FUNCTIONAL LEAD experience of
Peoplesoft HCM*, and must display experience with the implementation of
Base Benefits, most importantly, as well as Employee  Manager Self Service
modules, to be considered for this position***
The resource in this role will be expected to gather requirements, perform
fit gap analysis, configure the functional modules, work with technical
staff on customizations, perform testing, and train users.
The resources in these roles will be required to work onsite at the
client's location, from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Position
is funded through June 2015.
Strong written and oral communication skills required for candidates to be
considered for this position.
