Excellent knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, good experience in all types of testing includes Smoke, System, Integration, Regression testing Should be a strong team player, routinely demonstrates flexibility and is a very capable multi-tasker. Should have experience in handling Onsite-Offshore model projects, capable of leading a team who works from offshore Delivers and tracks progress to testing schedules, within aggressive “time and material” project environments, sometimes across parallel projects.
