*Role : Planview Enterprise Lead Consultant* *Location : **New Jersey, USA.* *Duration : 6+ Months* *Experience Required : 5+ years in Planview Enterprise* *Job Description* Good to Have Skills : Planview Enterprise, Planview Insight Analytics, Business Objects *Responsibilities*: • *Maintenance and Support of Planview* o Leverages subject matter expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting complex system/user issues to drive resolution and determine root cause o Co-ordinate with SaaS vendor for resolution of hosting infrastructure issues in SaaS hosted Planview o Coordinates issue resolution efforts across peer support groups, technical support teams, and vendors as required o Effectively coordinates and communicates issues resolution with end-users o Correlates related production issues and assesses trends to identify broader improvement opportunities *• Enhancements for Planview V11.3* o Leads the Requirements Gathering, Development and Deployment of new features and functionality o Translates business requirements into technology solutions.
