This person will look at system from application perspective make improvements from a performance perspective and work closely with developers to make the improvement to the application. Must have ability to automate and some level of scripting knowledge groovy or python. They want to put some level of automation around performance testing. Multithreading, memory management, java garbage collecting Performance - - Experience with profilers (YourKit, JMeter), debuggers Java deployment structures (Jar, War) - Experience with JVM monitoring and diagnostic for optimal application performance. Administrator experience of Unix/Linux We are in need of Performance Engineer with to identify and implement performance improvements in the application, and work on optimizing automation process. Selected individual will work with a small team in a fast paced Scrum environment where values are placed in quality, automation, teamwork and great technology.
