*Position: Salesforce Lead*

*Location: NYC *

*Duration: 6+ Month *

* Required Skills/Experience:*

· Min Experience 8 yrs. of experience

· 2+ years of development experience on the Salesforce.com platform

· Experience developing and delivering solutions to real customer
problems using Salesforce.com, preferably with an emphasis on Sales,
Customer Service, and/or Marketing issues.

· Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com platform
out-of-the-box functionality and configuration

· Solid understanding of and detailed experience with
Salesforce.com architecture and API

· Strong working knowledge of APEX (classes, triggers and web
services), Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, Force.com platform

· Force.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and
Visualforce development.

· Working knowledge of one or more IDEs, Eclipse, Mavens Mate
(Sublime).

· Experience managing code repositories with detailed requirement
documents.

· Experience delivering accurate and complete deployment plans for
managing custom development lifecycle.

· Familiarity with systems development lifecycle (SDLC).

· Nice to have Java or C# development experience, and web
application development experience, including solid experience with Java or
C#, as well as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to provide detailed design documents and deployment plans
for development efforts.

· Must support US Business hours (Eastern Standard Time preferred).

· Experience with Agile development practices a plus.

JOB DEscription

·  *8+ years with very good hands-on experience in Salesforce*

·  *Experience  with Salesforce Apex, Visual Force pages, Sites and
Communities, Force.com http://force.com/ flow development*

·  *Also need experience with Web Services and calling out web services
from Salesforce*

·  *Prior Experience with working with off-site teams is
desirable- Technical lead to assist in reqmts/design for offshore resources*

·  *Ability to translate customer requirements into implementation plans*

·  *Must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes dynamic work
situations.*

·  *Keen attention to detail and complex problem solving abilities from
operational and technical perspective.*

·  *Ability to work independently and engage supervisor as needed*

*Able to adapt and deliver solutions in an agile
environment*
