   - Primary responsibility for the Global Payroll BA is *to lead and
   deliver complex projects from an HRIS perspective*, specifically a
   Global deployment of the Global Payroll solution. This solution consists of

*Interview mode: Phone than Skype.Job Description:*Strong Absence
Management experience including at least one assignment where Absence was
implemented with *Time and Labor.*
We are through our build and initial testing and are in our last stages of
system testing.
So the role will be to support the role of *Absence in our remaining
testing, run Absence Packaging during conversion,*
support running and validating our Absence balance conversion for our
remaining test move and go-live and deal with any issues that arise during
our remaining testing and post go-live.
*All Absence rules are coded and tested so this isn’t a role that includes
building Absence Rules and configuring Absence Mgmt.*
It’s supporting what’s been configured and built through our remaining
testing, test moves and go-live*.*

Industry leader seeking a PeopleSoft Business Analyst to create and
maintain the strategic partnership between business needs and technology
delivery.  This effective team player will elicit and develop business
requirements and work closely with the team in the definition, testing,
training, implementation and support of functional requirements

Required Skills:

•  3 to 5 + years of experience in performing IT Business
Analyst activities including client interviewing, requirements gathering
(1-on-1 and leading large workshops), solution review, process improvement,
and training.

•  3 years of PeopleSoft Benefits Administration experience and
2+ years of Open Enrollment experience.

•  Excellent written and oral communication skills

•  Functional design ability including screen flows/mockups,
