We have 2 more position for OSM project (4 days working) at
Xavient/Charter.
Please have below note while searching profiles:
*They should have some provisioning experience in supporting and using
tools like sigma and/or OSM. Doesn’t have to be highly technical but if
they are technical then confirm that they are fine for support analyst
role.*
*Candidate will be working only 4 days- Friday to Monday including weekend*
*Support provisioning analyst- OSM*
*St Louis, MO*
*Long term contract*
*$ 50-55/hr*
*Description: *
· Candidate *should have provisioning experience in supporting and
using tools like sigma and/or OSM*
· Work with telecom providers to get quotes and order new voice and
data circuits
- Keep track of and coordinate contract renewals for global telecom
services
- Work alongside Professional Services team in new implementations
· Document service request changes an processes
· Provide project management of service requests through customer
interaction and internal/external resources
· Test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user problems in
order to deliver required service levels
*Experience:*
· Must be comfortable for Support provisioning analyst role.
Must have some provisioning experience in supporting and using tools like
Sigma or OSM
