The Developer will provide both hands-on technical expertise’s in the area
of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), using TIBCO EMS, Business Works and
Hawk, in a consulting model to active projects/initiatives.
* Design/development/support infrastructure components and services such as
service mediation, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), TIBCO infrastructure,
Configuration Management & deployment, Monitoring/Management etc.
* Design and Develop prototypes/applications/services utilizing
Java/J2EE/TIBCO Business Works to support and streamline our business
applications.
* Consult with SOA Team for Integration with Messaging & Component Services
with upstream/downstream applications.
* Ensure correct Usage Pattern is used by application Teams using Messaging
& Component Services
* Perform Code Review for applications integrating with Messaging &
Component Services to ensure issues are handled upfront.
•TIBCO EMS, Business Works and Hawk
•Messaging/understanding of messaging
•XML and schema definitions
•Experience with Oracle DB and SQL
•SOA Governance concepts
•Clear communication
•Must be able to create detailed documentation and artifacts
•Design solutions

*Roles and responsibility:*

6-8 years experience in Java development, concurrency, middleware,
distributed computing and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
* Proven history of successful interaction with internal customers and/or
enterprise IT department
* Strong working knowledge of modern Java-related/SOA-related frameworks
and ability to develop design patterns for specific technical
problems/stereotypes
* Strong working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and
associated concepts such as XML Schemas, WS specifications, SOAP, Service
Mediation/ESB, Policy Management, Governance, Messaging, etc…
* 4-5 years of hands-on development experience with TIBCO EMS, Business
Works
* Strong communication and presentation skill

DESCRIPTION:

The Integration Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining 
integration 
components and services that compose Bunge’s Enterprise Service Bus. The 
developer 
implements the integration solutions based on the requirements and design 
documents, 
following best practices, conforming to our Integration Center of Competency’s 
guidelines and employing Enterprise Integration Patterns when appropriate.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
·        Perform problem analysis and propose solutions for given integration 
scenarios in a service-oriented environment
·        Interact with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, System 
Administrators and stakeholders throughout the Software Development Lifecycle 
(SDLC)
·        Deliver high quality, maintainable and extensible integration 
components 
based on TIBCO technologies

REQUIREMENTS:
·        At least 3 years of experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks, Designer, 
EMS and adapters
·        Exposure to TIBCO deployment environments and architectures
·        Comprehensive understanding of Message-Oriented Middlewares, 
Enterprise 
Service Bus and Service-Oriented Architecture
·        Comprehensive knowledge of Message Exchange Patterns
·        Experience of Java Message Service API
·        Exposure to RESTful and SOAP  Web Services and related technologies
·        Practical understanding of fault-tolerance and load-balancing 
techniques
·        Working knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, SSL, TLS, HTTP, FTP, 
SSH, etc)
·        Understanding of distributed transactions coordination and 
compensation 
techniques
·        Excellent problem solving skills
·        Excellent communication skills

Essential functions of a Tibco Interface Solution Specialist / Developer:

Ø  A Interface Solution Specialist is responsible for identifying business 
requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process 
design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining 
support procedures and supporting implementations. 

Ø  Providing overall guidance, structure and authority for the creation of 
interface solutions.

Ø  Responsible for providing the specification of technologies, application 
architectures and data structures as a basis for interface development or 
customization. 


Ø  Responsible for producing and maintaining all design documentation in line 
with Interface Solution and/or Infrastructure Architecture standards. 

Ø  Guarantee all work is compliant with internal and external audit 
requirements 
and complies with financial legislative requirements (e.g. statutory, 
reporting, 
tax etc.)

Ø  Work closely with the Solution Architects, Infrastructure Architects and 
other technical team leads to ensure any proposed solutions fully integrate 
with existing and developing architectural patterns.

Ø  Design the details of the interface solution both functionally and 
technically

Ø  Create design documents: high level functional and non-functional design 
as technical design specifications

Ø  Consult with (when needed) and obtain design validation by Architecture 
team 

 

 

Interface Solution Specialist is required to have: 

Ø  4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience 

Ø  3+ years as an Integration and Information Architect / Leadership role 

Ø  3+ year of experience participating in large-scale, full-life cycle Service 
Oriented Architecture implementations.  This effort can be within a management 
consulting or industry environment

Ø  At least 3 years of experience participating in large Business Integration 
efforts and being a member of a project team through all phases of the project 
lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, 
development, 
testing, and go live 

Ø  Must have 3+ years of hands-on technical experience with following tools:  
TIBCO Active Business Works, EMS, Business Connect, Database Adaptors, XML/XSLT 


Ø  Should have done TIBCO Architecture design and implementations in the past

Ø  Must have strong expertise in design and implementation of SOA based 
applications 


Ø  Must have experience on Integration of Off the shelf tools with Other 
systems 
using ESB 

Ø  At least 3+ year experience with web services, ESB, SOA, distributed 
applications 
and interoperability 

Ø  At least 3+ years data integration experience in a broad variety of 
integration 
techniques, patterns, tools and methodologies
