He shared the analogy of when you log into AT&T to see how many minutes you have left on your cell phone - that's what they are creating. He needs 2 people in any configuration (straight Tableau developer, Tableau developer with JavaScript, or straight JavaScript developer). It would be better if they had Tableau as there is a strong need for Tableau skills at Company, and these people may find other opportunities at Company after Larry's project. This is a 95% coding job – to specifically customize Tableau reports, so that they look nice, etc. - the development is around the visual aspects of the reports. The design has already been done by their UI/UX team.
