Please find the Job Description for *Voice Engineer* for *Philadelphia, PA*
for the client: *TCS*.



*Must : *

3 to 5 years prior experience with a large enterprise network, preferably
in the healthcare sector.

3 to 5 years of experience with *Oracle Session Border Controllers*
(Net-Net product line) including, but not limited to:

· LRT

· Header manipulation

· Call recording (session replication and/or SIPREC)

· SIP interfaces, realms, sessions agents and local policies.

3 to 5 years of experience in design, provisioning, and troubleshooting
Cisco Unified Communications systems.

3 to 5 years of experience with SIP and SIP supporting protocols (UDP, TCP,
RTP, SDP)

Experience with configuration and support of Cisco Unified Communications
Manager and Cisco Unity Connection a plus.

Experience with packet capture and analysis tools such as Wireshark,
Prognosis, Spectrum and Oracle EOM

Job Title:  SIP VOIP/Voice Engineer
Location:  Philadelphia, PA
Duration:  3-6+ Months Contract

Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
Experience working in a software environment in a solution design and
engineering role
At least 4-5 years’ experience in supporting SIP, VOIP, IMS or similar
applications.
Experience with Telephony Application Servers like Broadsoft.
Experience working with protocols like SIP, DIAMETER, ENUM/DNS etc.
IMS 3GPP and Packetcable Specification knowledge
Good analytical and logical reasoning skills
Experience in interacting and coordinating with different teams like
Quality Assurance (QA), Operations etc.
Adept and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment required
