online presentation about OpenConnect on September 17
Hi all, On September 17th, I will be giving an online presentation on "how VPNs work" to DAMA PDX (https://damapdx.org). I’ll be drawing on my experience of contributing to the OpenConnect client and related tools over the last few years, and getting into some of the technical aspects of its design, and of the process of reverse-engineering proprietary VPN protocols. It's free to attend, and will take place on September 17 at 8:30am Pacific, 11:30am Eastern, 3:30pm GMT, 4:30pm Central Europe. Re: ocserv in VyOS
Hello David! I added Alex, he can spin up VM, any preferred location(US or EU, etc)? Already changed name servers for domains. Will be talking to UI guys on design this week and update you on this matter Hopefully we can draw more attention and users to the project, and maybe even some devs too Thanks! Re: ocserv in VyOS
Hello! Nikos. Basically several things we have in mind. 1) we acquired and want to donate to the project next domains openconnectvpn.com(http://openconnectvpn.com), openconnectvpn.net(http://openconnectvpn.net), openconnectvpn.org(http://openconnectvpn.org) we also happy to maintain them financially and technically if that needed 2) develop new design that combine common parts of old webs content but visually separates server and client subprojects 3) Optionally, improve social media presence and provide additional tools to the team. More user-base and visibility you guys have, better for everybody who use this great project. We at VyOS very interested in collaboration with upstream projects and think it’s crucial for our success. excuse me for delays, as we prepare new release everything slow down.
